Second Part to the Infitnite Value of Life.

Below I have posted some 'Questions to Ponder.' Many of you have shared answers to these questions already, so here is your next challenge. RESPOND to another's post, by agreeing or disagreeing with it; however, your opinion is not enough. You must find a source that agrees with you and cite it. One point will be given for any source, but if you have a Jewish source, you will earn two points. (Make sure you mention whose post you are commenting on, in addition to you ideas.

Questions to Ponder: How can a single life be a like a whole world? One answer is that all humans descended from a single person, Adam, so had one person not been created, all of human existence would never have existed. Every human being is created in the image of God, and is as valuable as a world. How does that knowledge change how you treat other people?

Posts will be tallied, on Monday morning.

In my own opinion, God created all of us to be in his image. Although he did not intend to make everyone "exactly" the same, he still created us according to his "Guidelines" which are unknown. The website which supports my idea is http://triangularchristianity.wordpress.com/2008/02/13/the-image-of-god-in-judaism/ which is a Christian nlog, but explains the image of God in Judaism. Here is another question to ponder; (If this is all right with you Mr. Sakofs) What do you think a modern interpretation of Judaism would say about cloning humans?

A single life is like a whole world because if you kill someone, you can kill an entire generation that were to come after them. In literal terms, of course.

And to disagree with PoliticallyIncorrectScholar, God's image may be in every human being, but the important part is how that person lives their life. God doesn't control your mind. You make the decision to be good or bad. Yes, no two people are exactly the same, they CHOOSE to be the people they are.

"Every person has his own path and his own time to come to the Creator, and therefore you don’t have the right to force anyone to do this."

How can a single life be like the whole world? If a single life is like the whole world then it is important because if you kill an entire generation it will eventually destroy the whole world, as i said in my last post. So yes i agree.

The website that supports my idea:http://www.friends-4-life.org/life.htm This website states the importance of human life in this world.

How does that knowledge change how you treat other people? If you agree to my statement then it can change you because it is your responsibility to populate the world.

Again, a single life cannot be like a whole world. A life is a PART of a world, not a world in its own sense.

I dont agree with morgan because again, a life is part of a world. So it doesnt matter.

No source agrees with me, i have checked mr. sakofs.

and responding to benny's
no one cares about cloning humans, why would you want to clone a human?
Food, maybe, objects, maybe
but Humans? isnt 6 billion enough?
